Coherence

This is a 2 machine death by. Set the clock for 3 minute intervals. At the start of the intervals complete 15 (men)/ 10 (women) calories on the fan bike followed by the same cals on the Rower. This first set of calories should take no more than 45 seconds to complete. Select calories to start that match this time domain. Rest remainder of the 3 minutes. Each round, add 1 calorie until you can not complete the 2 machines calories within the 3 minutes
