This workout has engage vibes so we are letting you adjust the pace and determine how hard you want to go with it... Pick calories on the ski erg that take about 35-45 seconds to finish. Adjust down as needed to ensure you don't exceed 50 seconds on the first round.

For the burpees, the goal is a pop and quick hop off the plate or box, prioritize speed not height. If needed, reduce reps to 6-8 and choose a variation that you can sustain (no pushup or step back).

For the sled, go heavy. This should be an aggressive effort that is nearing failure at that point in the workout.
