This is a 2-part engage. The first part will require honesty in building to a heavy 100' sled push/drag (50' push into 50' drag)., should come close to failure but not hit it. After achieving a heavy load, resting between each effort, remove one plate. After 3-5 min rest, start drop sets.
This will be an all out effort - while this is an UYG, look to achieve 4-6 drop sets.
