10 Kneeling Medball rotations L + R
10 Suitcase Deadlifts L + R
10 squat jumps (unweighted)

Classic sprint on fan bike paired with an aggressive swing. Preferably, go overhead or as close to it with the KB swing. Ideally, do not break once you start swinging the KB.
