Warmup

1 min bike
10 banded crossbody KB deadlifts L + R
50' sled (light)
20 Rope face pulls or banded face pulls
Each round will consist of 8-10 cal sprint on the bike, should be no more than 30 seconds, into a moderate-heavy KB swing follwed by a 1 minute rest and then a 50' heavy sled push.
Rest 2 minutes before moving into the next round, adding weight to sled during the rest.
Workout is complete when you can no longer push the sled or you determine you've hit you're "WIN" for the day
