This week's engage is all about short sprints and controlled rest. Start with 3 sets of sled push into drag at a lighter load that will challenge you to go to keep moving at a quick pace. After 3 rounds of the sled, resting for approx 2 minutes after each, move immediately to the bike. Here you will perform a 30 second sprint followed by 90 seconds of rest for 3 rounds. Finally, move to burpees. These are an every minute on the minute, performing 10 burpees every minute, for 3 minutes.
If needed, drop reps on burpees.
Rest 2-3 minutes before starting back at the sled. Repeat as many times until you're good.
