While this is an UYG workouts, the ideal is to go hard in each effort not allowing for endless rounds of work.
Sled starts at a light to moderate load and every round gets heavier.
Run as fast as possible on sled.
Rope pull piston will stay the same loading throughout workout.
Bike effort should be no more than 40 seconds. Find calories that align with that and try to hold every round.
